Cranberry Orange Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup palm shortening
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Place coconut flour, salt, and baking soda in a food processor
Pulse in shortening, coconut sugar, eggs, and orange zest
Remove blade from processor and stir in cranberries by hand
Fill a ¼ cup scoop with batter
Release batter onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
Cool for 15 minutes
Serve.
