Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Shipping

We operate a money back guarantee.
•    If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact
     orders@food4lifecounseling.com within 7 days of ordering to arrange a return and refund.
•    As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Returns
•    All products in our e-store which require return must be unopened and in original condition.
•    It is the buyer’s responsibility for all shipping costs on returns.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order you must contact orders@food4lifecounseling.com place your order number in the Subject of the email. A full refund will be issued upon valid cancellation requests.

Refunds
This time period includes:
•    5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the buyer.
•    3 to 5 business days for us to process your return.
•    The time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Delivery/Shipping
All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. Charges depend on individual product weight and size.
