Easy Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup potato flour
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp cane sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and oil an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan with an allowable oil. Mix the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients separately then blend and pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
