Rice Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup rice flour or other allowable flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder or 2 tsp bakers ammonia(corn free)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 4 Tbsp allowable oil
  • 1/4 cup fruit puree
  • 1 cup water or milk

Directions

Mix and spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes . Makes 12 muffins.
