Often recognizing patient frustration in satisfactory control of medical disorders with medication alone,
it has been very gratifying to greatly improve the quality of lives with a program that complements
medical care. Joan has been a Registered Dietitian for over 30 years. During her years of providing
Medical Nutrition Therapy she has recognized the impact of food sensitivity on many health conditions.
Now certified in testing and therapy for delayed food and food additive hypersensitivity she is able to
evaluate and counsel those who suspect adverse food reactions are contributing to their pain, disease,
discomfort. In order to keep balance in her life Joan competes in traithlons and enjoys ballroom dancing.
