Aluminum and Corn-Free Baking Powder (grain free)
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup arrowroot (if you are not avoiding corn, cornstarch may be a substitute)
Blend all ingredients with a whisk to mix well. Use as you would regular baking powder. Store in a tightly closed container to prevent moisture from entering and causing the ingredients to begin to react.
