Sunflower Barley Crackers
Ingredients 
- 1 cup whole barley flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup finely ground sunflower seeds
- 3 Tbsp allowable oil
- 3 Tbsp water
Directions 
Combine barley flour, salt, ground sunflower seeds and canola oil. Gradually add just enough water to form a soft dough. Knead and roll on lightly flowered surface to 1/8 inch (3mm) thickness. Cut into shapes and prick with fork. Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
